Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK

So the House of Commons has a debate regarding Donald Trump’s immigration policy and the state visit invitation. However despite all of the outrage.

Theresa May says his ‘State Visit’ is still going ahead. So much for listening to the people Theresa.

What now?

The on-line petition has over and still growing. How do the people get the government to listen? The fear is that we could see civil unrest across the United Kingdom (UK) with Donald Trump’s state visit. Why has Theresa May given this invitation, for the special relationship, trade deals or just stupidity?

In a tricky balance, she hoping to lay ground rules for a trade deal with the U.S. and avoid antagonising European leaders.

Either way, it’s a political nightmare that Theresa May has created and now where all having to live this nightmare too.

Protest and matches across the USA and now the UK, it will only get worse as we see more and more people taking to the streets.

Things will be right when Donald Trump’s state visit to the UK is planned for 23rd June, first anniversary of Brexit and the reciprocal State visit of Her Majesty for 8th November next year.
